We have been privileged to work with one of the leading innovators of medical device solutions that improve the health of patients around the world for the last 20 years.
In 1995 we began working with one of their Irish sites providing two materials. In the 20 years that we have been working with this company we have developed an understanding of their business and have put many bespoke procedures in place in order to service their specific needs. In 2016 we are now supplying 20 materials to this company over two sites.
Some of key factors which helped us to develop and grow our partnership with this company have been our willingness to understand their needs and to adapt to them.
From early on we realised that selling only to our supplier specification was not giving the optimal service to this customer, and so with a little more resourcing, we figured out a way to supply based on the customers spec.
We have a team of three people dedicated to this account: a Product Manager, Senior Sales and Marketing Executive and a Stocks and Logistics administrator. This team approach allows us to fully meet their unique requirements and to customise our services accordingly.
We are now a preferred supply partner to this organisation.
