ISO 9001 certified since 1994, we have built our quality management system around internationally recognised best practices. Our current certification to ISO 9001:2015 reflects our continued dedication to quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Our Quality & Compliance Team oversees regulatory updates, change control and compliance across the sectors we serve. Through modern systems and established processes, we manage documents and records, monitor performance trends, support systemised change control and non-conformance management, and maintain customised documentation to meet customer-specific requirements.
Our internal audit programme further supports continuous improvement by helping us review, verify and enhance our processes across the business.
Health, Safety and Environment
We are committed to the Guiding Principles of Responsible Care®. This is a global chemical industry initiative to improve health, safety, security, environmental, sustainability and CSR performance. In addition, it enhances security as well as facilitating communication with stakeholders about how we handle our products. Our Responsible Care® Programme is assessed every 3 years by an independent assessor utilising the SQAS/ESAD assessment tool.
REACH
REACH is the EU Regulation for Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals. It requires substances manufactured or imported into the European Union in quantities of one tonne or more per year to be registered.
At NCC, we understand REACH regulations and obligations across the supply chain. We work closely with customers and suppliers, providing guidance and identifying the best approach to material registrations.
