Using ISO 9001 as the basis for our system, we constantly strive to improve how we do things. Where possible we utilise our SAP computer system to manage items centrally, such as the control of documents, records and monitoring trends.
We have a Responsible Care® programme in place and key performance indicators to review our progress in certain areas and to plan for improvements. The team brings together people with different backgrounds and skills.
