The Finance Department is a team of four with responsibility for all financial, and many IT, aspects of the business. The Accounts Team looks after the day to day administration of accounts and banking and we also provide key financial management information.

The operations and logistics team at NCC has six full time staff who are vastly experienced with transportation on a global scale. Our Polymers division offers a wide range of polymers and additives into the medical device and industrial sectors, with services including material sourcing, materials stockholding, material selection, and compounding through sister company Innovative Polymer Compounds (IPC).

Our management team regularly reviews key metrics to ensure efficient service delivery to customers and helps devise and implement growth strategies.

Our experienced team is responsible for ensuring that systems are in place to manage and monitor quality, health, safety, security and environmental aspects of our business. We operate a Responsible Care® programme and monitor key performance indicators to review progress and plan for improvements.
